Ok. I have cleared your installed packages, so you should be able to start a server. If you install jupyter_server into Python 3.9, then that is what causes the problem.
Thanks for posting! That’s a strange one – it’s not the same underlying issue as the one earlier on in this forum thread. I think it may be something to do with your session on the notebook service being in a strange state. What happens if you try to access it from an incognito tab in your browser?
Hi, I have got the same situation as Madison Noakes, which kept getting “Spawn failed: Server at http://127.0.0.1:34811/jupyterhub/user/17a33d84-94ae-496c-9c1c-17773f47ef14/ didn’t respond in 120 seconds” when I would like to access to notebook. I have tried in different browser and even in incognito tab, but the situation does not change. Thank you for any help!
It looks like you might have installed an extension that’s incompatible with the version of JupyterLab that we use; I’ve temporarily uninstalled it from your account – could you try again now?
@Manuel_Romero it looks like you might have installed some packages using pip, which were interfering with the server startup. I’ve moved them to one side; could you try again now?
@YUQIAN_LI it looks like a different issue in your case, as you have no pip-installed packages. I’ve tried moving you to a different server, could you try again now?
