Server spawn problem

Attempt to connect to my Notebook and all-time get the error:

Spawn failed: Server at http://127.0.0.1:47769/jupyterhub/user/6709e181-1d71-4129-bad5-a0f08d530dd9/ didn’t respond in 120 seconds

It began yesterday morning and was working perfectly before. I’ve read related topics, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

The situation is changed. Now when I try to open my Notebook, I see an empty screen. No errors.

What is in the URL bar of your browser when you have the blank page?
