Hello! The second day I can’t log in Anaconda Cloud. Returns the following error: “Spawn failed: Server at http://127.0.0.1:50129/jupyterhub/user/66cd6b16-bad2-41e1-9b2a-33f8e05dbe77/ didn’t respond in 120 seconds”

I have found my way here trying to learn some python and excel integration.
Trying to connect into the anaconda cloud, I have tried three separate browsers (chrome, edge, Opera). Every time I get to the redirect, or try to access the online notebook environment, I get an endless gateway spin. Same thing occurs with trying to add my account info to excel with the toolbox add in.
I am not a native computer programmer, or network nerd (finance/accounting). I do know how to get around the cmd a bit, and pip install / uninstall.
I have cleared cache, cookies, logged out and logged back out of everything. Ensured my Anaconda Navigator is up to date as well.
I’m at a complete loss, and resources seem very thin on this issue. Suggestions please!
ETA: I also unlinked my git account, and added a fresh email that had previously been unused (trying that option as well in case there was any trace components).
