Importance of Environment to install and launch

I’ve downloaded Anaconda and now I’m trying to install and launch all the packages/applications.

  1. Is there a general guide on an application and its installation on relevant environment.
  2. Unable to install and launch R studio, Py Charm professional in the same environment

The general recommendation is to use separate conda environments for R and Python work.
