I have a new notebook open, I try to import pandas and the session reports that the kernel crashed and will restart. Library wont load. New notebook won’t load a kernel or offer one from the menu. Unable to continue working. I’m paying for this service please resolve this issue.
If you take a look at the kernel list:
…do you see a large number of kernels running? It might be that you have so many that it can’t start new ones. You can shut down running ones by clicking on the “X” that appears to the right when you move your mouse over them.
