Cloud notebook disk usage is unchanged after reset, remain 96%.
Hi,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Are you able to share a bit more info about what you did to reset?
Any screenshots are useful, and the full URL you are accessing so that we can do some checks on our end using the long UID after the nb.anaconda.cloud/user/xxxxxxxx
Jack
I have the same problem. I just started using my account and noticed disk usage is already 54%. I read Data storage and memory — Anaconda documentation and thought I accidentally created custom environments but it didn’t help. Resetting doesn’t help me either.
Hey @Iori, thanks for using the Community forums!
So when you click on the Disk Usage button the pop up modal doesn’t show anything is using up your storage?
Have you used the Terminal at all?
If you could send us the full URL (we need the long set of numbers in it which is your userID) you are using we can analyse the logs of your account and try to work out what it might be that is using up your storage.
Thanks,
Jack
Hello @JackEvans, it doesn’t show anything. The color of disk usage bar in the pop up model is almost all grey with very short purple color (I some data that may take <5%). How can I send my URL only to you? Thanks.
Hi @Iori, okay that does sound slightly odd. The URL is completely secure to share, no one can do anything with it, but feel free to email me at jevans@anaconda.com and we can debug there and schedule a call if needed.
Worth noting we also have the “Submit a Request” button at the bottom toolbar of Anaconda Notebooks that could be a more private route to support in the future if that’s important to you
Thanks,
Jack
