How to reset Anaconda Notebooks to original?

I want to reset the reset Anaconda Notebooks cloud env. Clear the storage, but I can not find a solution.

I apologize for the delay in response, @Sakai_Ito.

We can reset your notebook data by completely delete all the data, and then you can start again.

Is this what you would like us to do?

If so, please submit your request to our User Care Team. You can do this 2 ways:

  1. Send an email to usercare@anaconda.com

  2. Use this form:

In your request, clearly state what you issue/requirement.

If either of you ever have a request that is not being responded to in the forum, please feel free to submit a ticket to usercare@anaconda.com or use the above ticket link.

For other requests that are more technical in nature, we will answer them on a best effort basis if you do not have a subscription that also has support hours (which is most subscriptions unless you are part of a larger organization).
