Can I link the folders / files in anaconda notebook to my dropbox with all my .ipynb files

I have the pro license to run a jupyter code. it was so slow and after two times running, I got CPU Usage in yellow. I would like to know how I can clean and reset the CUP usage to be able to run the codes?

Please note the CPU allowance is a daily thing tracking how much CPU you are using, you will get a fresh quota every 24 hours, so it will reset soon.
