I reached my daily CPU seconds on the free subscription yesterday so I decided to upgrade my subscription. I noticed that the computation time is significantly slower. I waited til the next day to see if it would improve but it did not.
Hey @renzasprec, welcome to the community! When you hover over the CPU second counter at the top does it now say 8000?
One thing it might be worth trying is closing all existing tabs where you’ve got a Notebook open, and starting again from following the link on anaconda.cloud.
If that doesn’t work I’ll make sure our User Care team get in touch to troubleshoot.
Thanks,
Jack
Yes, it says 8000 and it has already reset to 0 for today. I already tried closing everything. I also got a notification today in the notebook to upgrade my subscription when I already upgraded yesterday.
Okay cool, sorry for the basic support request but it’s amazing how often it works!
Can you share your URL that should contain a long set of numbers and letters and I’ll get someone to take a look.
Thanks,
Jack
No worries. Here’s my URL:
