Problems installing spyder

Hello,

I am constantly running into the same error, which is:
[0216/013416.840:ERROR:icu_util.cc(251)] Couldn’t mmap icu data file
I don’t know what to do with this I’ve tried a lot of things, but to no avail. If you could please help me this would be greatly appreciated
