Making new environments and installing packages from within Jupyter notebook

Hi,

My name is Sudarshan and I have a commercial edition license for Anaconda, courtesy my employer organization.

I had a few questions - hope someone here can help.

  1. How do I make a new environment from within a notebook? (!conda create … does not work)
  2. How do I install new packages from within a notebook?
