Create environment error in windows11

I got this error, when I create new environment in Windows 11 and Conda version 22.9.0
path of anaconda : C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3

Good morning,

That problem indicates that there is a lack of permissions in that path, make sure that you gave write and read permissions to the conda folder or contact your IT department.

Thank you for your reply but its solve.
Actually there is some env path issue so in anaconda documentation mention that change the path of env and through that command this issue is solve.
