Conda install conda-forge fails only defaults channel work

i have a strange error when installing packages through conda forge :

ProxyError(‘Cannot connect to proxy.’, OSError(‘Tunnel connection failed: 407 authenticationrequired’

although with the same condarc config i’m able to install packages through defaults channel.

any one can help with figuring this out ?
