Can't update Python from Anaconda Navigator

Hi,
I’m trying to update Python package from Anaconda Navigator but when I apply the update, Update Packages windows open but after “solving package specifications” run, there no package to be modified shows up in the window as seen below.

What should I do?

Did anyone ever get back to you or you figure out the solution? I’m having the same problem.
