I am glad to share with you all that our latest release V0.6.3 fixed the “Server health check returned non-200 status” bug, along with a bunch of new capabilities and improvements. Check our release notes for more details
To update to the newest release, exit AI Navigator and restart the app, when prompted to update, do so and you should be good to go.
Please kindly confirm if the fix works for you, along with any additional feedback you may have.
Thank you for your patience and have a great weekend!
win 11 pro 23h2. Restarting the Navigator didn’t helped.
What fixed the problem for me was uninstalling it from add/remove programs and installing it again to force the correct version.
Now it works ok
Thank you, @Ady281 , for sharing the error and workaround.
Do you mind sharing your OS version and hardware specs so it might help users with a similar setup, and also help us can look deeper this update issue?
As a workaround, can you try uninstalling the old version and download the latest version from Anaconda AI Navigator | Anaconda
BTW, could you also confirm you current version is 0.5.1?
Thanks, I have downloaded and reinstalled twice and it does not function. I am uncertain how to find the AI Navigator version as the help does not have an “about” section and the version is not displayed on the box in Anaconda Navigator.
Thank you, the fix allowed me to get into AI Navigator, I was prompted that a new version would be installed on reboot, and so I closed AI Navigator. When I restarted, Anaconda downloaded a new version. I was able to load a model in a new chat, but began getting error messages that may have been connected with Windows Defender/my Avira firewall. Finally, I noted the model was loaded, I asked a simple question, and I received the
“Error invoking remote method ‘chat-manager’: Error: An object could not be cloned.”
error. The AI Navigator is now hung trying to process this question but not otherwise responding.
