Why Is So Much Cloning Documentation Wrong? (Björn Johansson)

As you may know, Anaconda is amplifying the voices of some of its most active and cherished community members in a monthly blog series. In this month’s post, Björn Johansson, Assistant Professor at the University of Minho, addresses problems surrounding cloning documentation and reproducibility in life science. Programming, he says, can help biologists mitigate these problems; specifically, cloning strategies can be formally expressed in Python using the pydna package :dna:. Read the full blog post here, then use this forum to discuss or ask questions about it. Björn has kindly offered to keep an eye on this thread and weigh in as time permits.
