I downloaded and installed Anaconda navigator, I clicked to open the portal so I can use Jupiter notebook but it repeating the download process over and over again.
Can I get help to solve this issue ?

Thank you for posting.
When configuring a system, there are two uses, one is to use anaconda as an application and the other is to use it as part of the system.
As a way to avoid going through the download process multiple times,
From here, it will be a method to download and install Anaconda all at once.

I was able to complete/continue from the terminal, it gives me a better understanding how to deal with this in future.
