Which explicit Community Anaconda windows install in the archive directory supports python 3.8

I cannot install the latest version of python because python 3.9 not longer supports. Windows 7.
Unfortunately the archive page shows nothing that denotes which version of python its built around.

As per the above link and if I’m seeing it correctly, the latest version of Anaconda with Python 3.8:support is version 2020.11. Python 3.9 is supported in Anaconda 2021.04
