Some public packages inaccessible from our channel

Hello,

My organization has a public channel on Anaconda cloud where we host our open-source and publicly accessible packages. However, starting today, some of those packages are now returning 404 errors but the others seem to be fine. For example, here’s one of the package URLs that returns a 404. When I visit that URL in the browser, I get a page with the following message: “The page you are looking for does not exist. Do you have permissions to view this page?” However, the package files exist and the package is set to public.

What’s even weirder is that there are only 5 specific packages that have this issue whereas the other packages in the channel are totally fine. We tried uploading newer builds of the packages but the issue persists.

We are at a loss now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would guess this issue is related: Missing noarch package: pytorch-mutex

So you’re at least not the only one.

We are currently experiencing an issue with the package downloads from conda.anaconda.org. Some package requests are responding with a 404. Our team is aware of the issue and is working diligently to resolve it.
