Missing noarch package: pytorch-mutex

Hello, I didn’t find anywhere else to report this, so if this is not the place please direct me.

We have a build that requires: pytorch-mutex-1.0-cuda.tar.bz2, that’s listed on Noarch :: Anaconda.org. But right now it gives a HTTP 404.

How and where can we fix this issue?
