I installed Spyder 5.1.5; however, when I start it, it fails with the message: ‘Plugin “internal console” not found!’
Where can I find this plugin, and how to install it?

The plugin itself can be configured with TOOLS> Preference. However, I don’t think it will start in that state.
In other words, the download file may be corrupted.
First of all, calm down
conda remove spyder
So, remove the spider.
Then again
conda install spyder
Try to run.

Thank you for you quick response. Unfortunately it does not help. I removed and reinstalled Spyder, reinstalled the newest version of Anaconda, installed the previous version of Spyder (5.0.5); however, Spyder always fails with the same error message: ‘Plugin “internal console” not found!’

Exactly the same trouble has been reported to AUTODESK.COM. Present the reference URL.
In addition, there are reports on stackoverflow.
Basically, the previous settings may have remained, or the file may have been corrupted for some reason.
The recommended method is also on github.
I think that the different answers are due to the difference in the environment, OS, and version in which Anaconda is running.
