New Environment created but not coming through in Jupyter

I have created two new virtual environments via terminal and when run conda env list, they show up.
When I launch Anaconda Navigator, I can also see my environments in the drop-down window.

However when I run Jupyter notebook, I cannot change my virtual environments, all are running through (base)

In addition, when I try to launch Jupyter from the terminal I get an error. Wondering did I install Jupyer wrong.

To help us answer your question, can you please include or attach the error message you are receiving when you attempt to launch Jupyter from a terminal window?
