Need Assistance in installing below packages *OFFLINE*

I urgently need to install the following Python packages OFFLINE:

  1. SHAP package, either through conda or pip
  2. imbalanced-learn package, either through conda or pip
  3. tensorflow, through pip

We need to install it on machine where Internet connectivity is not available.

Kindly guide.
