My notebooks have disappeared

All my notebooks have disappeared. The last time I came in was on wednesday the 13th everything was fine and today when I came in they have all disappeared. Is there any way to get them back?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your notebooks. Can you provide the full URL you are accessing so that we can take a look? It should contain a long set of seemingly random numbers and letters.

That has also happened to me. I have three different computers. On two of them all my notebooks have disappeared. On the third one I still have access.

Looks like you are signed into two different accounts. You should be able to check here

Could you try logging out in the location where the files are missing and then you can sign back in to the other account?

Making sure to click on the Launch Notebook button from anaconda.cloud after you’ve signed in.

Thank you. Yes, you are right. Somehow, I have 2 accounts. But I believe that they are connected to the same e-mail address. I tried to change the password, to log out and in again. I don’t get access to my documents. Luckily I still have access to the documents on one computer. This one is the link that still works:

Hi there! Apologies for opening this discussion again, but I have a similar problem right now where all my files that were previously present have vanished.
