Launching Juptyer Notebook gives error Exit 1

I installed the latest version of Anaconda and I get an error window with Exit 1 when I Launch Jupyter notebook. It was installed with no errors.

I disabled Windows Security Antivirus Real-Time Protection and reinstalled Anaconda 2.3.1 and still get the same Exit 1 error when launching Jupytr or Spyder. I can open them if I open them from the Start Menu outside of Anaconda.
