Cannot update JupterLab, Anyone help!

I cannot update JupterLab from version 3.3.2 to the latest one 3.6.3 by either of the following methods:

  1. “update application” on the JupterLab icon of ANACONDA.NAVIGATOR,
  2. “Install specific version” on it, or
  3. On the CMD.exe prompt, “conda update -c conda-forge jupyterlab”.

The third method showed the following messages:

Collecting package metadata (current_repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed with repodata from current_repodata.json, will retry with next repodata source.
