I’ve just installed Anaconda on Windows for the first time (I chose all of the defaults). I opened the Anaconda prompt and created a new environment (see the attached screenshot). Whenever I create a new env, both pip.exe and python.exe are no longer found. What am I doing wrong? TIA!
