What is the best next step when the following happens?

  1. can’t log in to
  2. forgot password process to reset password does not send email to the email account
  3. It is known that this is the correct email account because trying to create a new account using that email gets an error saying an account with that email already exists.

So the issue is the forgot email option never sends the reset email. What do do next?
