Hi, it looks like a package issue. It might be helpful to submit an issue report to this package directly.
If you do report this to the devs of that package, may I recommend that you include the whole of the error output as text inside a quoted block. They will need that information, and github is good about showing/hiding the big text output you probably have. Also, you will need to specify your system (python version, OS, compiler, other packages…).
