No Spyder tile in current Navigator (2.5.0)

Just updated to latest version of Anaconda3 and there’s no Spyder tile. In fact there are lots fewer tiles than I’ve seen in previous version.

I installed Spyder separately (latest version) and I can get the splash screen but then it just dies.

So I’m dead in the water. No error message, nothing.

Quick update: I just found the same topic on GitHub–first reported a month ago. No solution has been presented yet.
