f_003479was quarantined along with Qt5XmlPatterns_conda.dll by Zone Alarms during download of Anaconda to Windows 10. This prevented download completion
Qt5XmlPatterns_conda.dll looks to be a valid file but when I released it from Zone Alarms quarantine it also released `f_003479 at the same time unauthorised by me.
I am now experiencing difficulties of connecting R kernel to Jupyter and believe this may be a possible cause.
Please advise
