Hi, I am new to Python. Could anyone provide a complete guide to the processing of hyperspectral image data using Python i.e image segmentation, masking, classifications, principal component analysis and so on? thank you. I have acquired some images using a tabletop Hyperspectral Camera ( FX 17) and needed to process the data for qualification of certain biochemical information and to develop regression models.
You might be interested in Spectral Python - I personally don’t know much about it, but it looks like it does most of what you want.
