Anaconda Cloud: Unexpected error while saving file [Errno 13] Permission denied

Hi Glenn.

I am a new Anaconda user and just learning to program.
After installing Anaconda I tried running Jupiter Notebook and Spyder. However, I get the following message.

Jupiter Notebook
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘C:\Users\willi\AppData\Roaming\jupyter\runtime\jpserver-12156-open.html’

Spyder
PermissionError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: ‘C:\Users\willi\AppData\Roaming\jupyter\runtime\kernel𔂪fac2801fafa.json’

A similar message appears when I run any IDE.

Could you please help me with this issue?
