Release notes page is brutally slow

A recent update to the Anaconda Distribution Release Notes page has greatly impeded its usability. Here is the current URL:

https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/release-notes/

First, the update broke the URL scheme. You used to be able to get the package versions for a specific release from e.g. https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/allpkglists/2024.02-1/ (archive.org link).

Second, and more importantly, the new release page is painfully slow and consumes an unforgivable amount of memory—on a laptop with 32GB, MS Edge offered to kill the page because it was unresponsive! To test this yourself, visit the page above and time how long it takes you to determine the version of a package, say jinja2, bundled with Anaconda 2024.02.

Why in the world is a simple list of packages consuming so many of my computer’s resources?
