I’m having trouble while instalind ANACONDA. Right after the instalation, when I open de Conda prompt the base environment isn’t created, instead I receive the following message:
Failed to create temp directory "C:\Users\André Hoelz Borghi\AppData\Local\Temp\conda-"

You are most likely receiving this error because you don’t have write permissions to the above ‘TEMP’ folder on your machine. You should change your permissions so that you can write to this folder.
If you can’t write to this folder, you will encounter problems with other Window applications as well.
Talk to someone in your IT department and get help from them.
