How to run cantera?

I have now downloaded Anaconda distributor and have successfully verified my installation. I have also successfully created an example environment as specified by the “Get Started with Anaconda” course.
Now I want to run the program Cantera but I dont know how to proceed after following the orders from Installing with Conda — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation.
Python Tutorial — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation this is now where I am stuck. Can anyone help me with getting Cantera to run?

I have now opened the Jupyter Lab browser window via anaconda prompt by typing jupyter-lab and entering.
Apparently the instructions from Python Tutorial — Cantera 3.1.0 documentation now yield the results that were expected from the guide site.

Now is opening the jupyter browser window the way Cantera intends to be used via python or did i just stumble upon some sort of workaround?
