Two days ago, I bought the starter subscription for my organization and paid for 2 seats, assigned a seat to myself, and tried everything possible on the website to activate the subscription, but there are no tokens, and the time limit in the NB is still 1000 seconds.
My account shows a self-contradiction: I am a member of an organization with a paid subscription, and I have a free plan.
Could you please help? I would like to have my plan upgraded and my limits lifted.
