Finding difficulty activating 'lmtest' and 'AER' libraries in R using Jupyter Notebook

Guys I need everyone’s help. This is really weird. I have updated the packages for “lmtest” and “AER” in my Anaconda Navigator. When I start up Jupyter Notebook, I get the following codes when I call the libraries “AER” and “lmtest”:

  1. there is no package called ‘lmtest’
  2. there is no package called ‘AER’

The odd part is these packages are updated in Environments in Anaconda Navigator. Why am I struggling here? And why am I getting these errors? If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it.
