Hello everyone,
I have a problem - I’ve made an env called canx and downloaded gmap from bioconda. I works well from /anaconda3/envs/canx/bin as I run this bin by ./gmap.
However, if I use it from anywhere else, I just get an empty prompt and gmap does not do what it is expected to do.
Could anyone suggest a solution and share some insight why it is not working outside /anaconda3/envs/canx/bin ?
